Nigel is a past president of the club which he joined in 1992.
He runs a varied architectural practice and was recently elected to
Killearn Community Council.
Nigel is married, with a dog and two grandchildren. His other principal interests are sailing and motoring.
Our Foundation Committee has been amalgamated with our International Committee for two years,in line with RI policy, as we are complimentary and work closely together.
The mission of Foundation is to enable Rotarians to further world understanding, goodwill and peace - principally by supporting International in the fulfilment of the Objects of Rotary. Foundation is Rotary International’s own charity which is managed so that its funds are not reduced by overheads. Foundation provides grants and sponsorship for a wide variety of projects. Our Club has always met its annual commitments to Foundation. We have also specifically targeted our efforts in support of particular Foundation related initiatives such as Polio Plus and disaster relief most recently in support of the RI relief effort in the earthquake disaster in Haiti
